His background includes software engineering, data architecture, business analytics, cloud systems, and application logic.

Hilmer Castillo
Hilmer leads business strategy, client discovery, and system direction for Stampede Labs.
He holds a master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and brings experience in business planning, analytics, supply chain operations, customer analytics, and data analysis. His work focuses on understanding how a business runs, where the pain points are, and what structure is needed to make the operation clearer.
At Stampede Labs, Hilmer helps translate scattered workflows, manual processes, and unclear handoffs into a clear path for a stronger operating system.
